The Ozone Sauna Process


You'll sit in the cabinet with your head out of the top (just like cryotherapy). The cabinet produces steam while ozone is pumped into the cabinet. The heat and humidity in the sauna opens up your pores, causing you to sweat. Sweating is the original detox method, but adding ozone absorption to the process increases the effectiveness of the detoxification.

How Often Should You Use Ozone Therapy?


The suggested frequency for ozone therapy to get a therapeutic level of detoxification is as follows:

  • Twice a week for 2 weeks
  • Followed by once a week for 2 weeks
  • Then every other week for 4 weeks (two sessions)
  • Lastly, monthly, before high-energy weekends, or when you're feeling sluggish


Preparation and After Care for Ozone Sauna Therapy


When preparing for your sauna, it's best to wear clothing that is easily removable and comfortable when you're done with your session. Remember that you will be sweaty and toxins are released through that sweating.


We recommend that you are fully undressed in the sauna. This allows the ozone-infused steam to fully penetrate all of your skin, giving you the most effective detox process.


After your session, rest. Hydrate with alkaline filtered water, use a dry brush to continue your detox, and shower or bathe. It may be beneficial to you to schedule a lymphatic massage (Gua Sha) to continue the process. Always make sure to replenish your body's vitamins and minerals.
